About you

Are you a client-focused professional with a passion for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions? Rhino.ai is seeking a Solutions Consultant to collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative AI-powered solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cuBng-edge technology, forward-thinking professionals, and a diverse set of industries.

Key responsibilities:

• Client engagement: Present and ‘sell’ clients on application designs that delight users and enhance the demand for our services. Gather and analyze client feedback to ensure product alignment with their needs.

• Solution design: Collaborate with clients, partners and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Develop wireframes, user stories, and workflows that capture these needs.

• Systems integration: Lead the integration of Rhino.ai solutions with client systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and functionality.

• Agile implementation: Manage Agile processes, including facilitating ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives, and ensuring the successful execution of user stories and design assets.

• Technical documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation such as requirements specifications, design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

• Collaboration: Work closely with partners, product teams, and developers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Training and support: Provide training sessions and one-on-one support to end users, empowering them to utilize Rhino.ai’s solutions effectively.

• Process improvement: Analyze and understand client processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and proposing technology-driven enhancements.

• Communication: Maintain regular and effective communication with clients and internal teams, providing clear updates on project progress and addressing any challenges.

Requirements

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the IT or technology sector

• Proven ability to develop standard documentation, including requirements specifications, use cases, and design artifacts

• Experience with Agile methodologies and working within Agile teams

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Desired experience:

• Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

• Strong customer service focus with excellent project planning and organizational skills

• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects, meeting goals and deadlines effectively

• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management pla^orms

• Experience with testing so_ware and collaborating with developers to meet client

requirements

• Knowledge of content management systems and configuration

• Understanding of Project, Change, Configuration, and Release management practices

• Exposure to AI technologies and their application in solving business problems is a plus
