As a Senior Product Manager at Rhino.ai in Portugal, you’ll be a key player in shaping our unique technology which uses artificial intelligence to dramatically accelerate the modernization of legacy b2b applications. You’ll work collaboratively with engineers, solutions consultants, executives, customers and partners to own and rapidly evolve a key aspect of our platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and prioritize what we build by collaborating with customers and stakeholders on product vision and strategy.

• Design how features work through close collaboration with developers and forward-deployed engineers in design sessions, mockups, and user testing.

• Manage the product backlog, ensuring the team is focused on high-impact features in every sprint.

• Write feature specifications and acceptance criteria for your development team and stakeholders.

• Track feature adoption, gather feedback, and prioritize improvements post-release to drive continuous product evolution.

• Stay ahead of AI advancements, evaluating how new technologies can enhance Rhino.ai’s offerings and drive innovation for our customers.

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a product manager/product owner for enterprise or SaaS software products in an agile development environment

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Exceptional collaboration skills and an ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, engineers, sales, customer success, and partners.

• Strong and proven problem solving skills - an ability to independently think through a problem and work with others to refine a solution

• Customer-focused and highly creative, with a passion for building great product experiences and delivering valuable outcomes in a fast-paced startup environmen
  

Preferred but not required:

• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with experience integrating these technologies into software products
  
• Understanding of and experience with low-code/no-code SaaS platforms
  
• Enterprise application architecture knowledge
