As a Sales Leader/Account Executive at Rhino.ai, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and expanding relationships with key government or commercial clients. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from identifying prospects and shaping opportunities to closing deals and building long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do:
- Drive revenue growth by selling Rhino.ai’s legacy modernization and application generation platform and services.
- Engage C-level stakeholders to understand client needs and position Rhino.ai’s value proposition effectively.
- Identify and prioritize sales opportunities across Government and Commercial sectors.
- Develop account strategies, execute outreach plans, and manage pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to shape go-to-market strategies and close complex deals.
- Represent Rhino.ai at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.
- Mentor junior sales talent and help build a high-performance sales culture.
What You Bring:

8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, particularly in:
Application Generation/ Application Modernization/ Low Code/ No Code
Experience in selling Legacy Modernization Software/Services
